The property is the in-law apartment of a gated home.  It comes completely furnished – including coffee grinder & coffee maker, toaster, microwave, sink, stove & fridge.  There are two large, flat screen TVs, DVD & Blu-ray players, most premium cable channels and Wifi as well as overstuffed couches & cozy throw blankets for those lazy days at home. Linens (sheets, blankets & towels), dishes, cutlery and pots & pans are also provided. Private entrance, private patio & easy parking make this an ideal artist hideaway or writer's retreat.

The Hollywood Sign is minutes away and offers some of the most rewarding hikes in the country.  
The Beachwood Canyon Secret Stairs also offer an incredible hike through this historic neighborhood once called Hollywoodland.  
 
There are two small & friendly dogs in the main house so this apartment is not suitable for anyone with dog allergies.
 
There is a housekeeper once every two weeks for longer stays.
 
$2750 per month or $750 per week.
